At the University, there are numerous tutorial videos and the most varied instructions for customers to stay on top of how Mktzap works. In addition, while the customer is trained through video classes, it is possible for him to communicate with our support through chat, solving doubts in real time.

By watching New Way University videos and tutorials, customers are expected to be already familiar with Mktzap's digital solution. Then, it is time to fill out a form with questions that will guide the default settings of the digital solution for the customer.br>

The most personalized settings are at the customer's expense, such as the development of automatic messages, creation of other access logins, among other features. But, in case of doubts or problems, the customer can count on our support team!

New Way's support is a big differentiator. After all, we work with extended hours during working days, operating from 07:00 to 23:00. On weekends and holidays, we offer on-call support. But we must point out that the instabilities in Mktzap are minimal, as we guarantee 97.8% stability full-time, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

I hired Mktzap, but in a short time I decided to cancel my subscription. Will I pay some kind of fine? No! At New Way, there is no minimum contractual time. However, when purchasing Mktzap, the customer must pay the setup fee, that is, the fee for implementing the digital solution. This fee, after activation of the customer's registration, must be paid in full - even in case of breach of contract.

To terminate Mktzap's services, we kindly ask our customer to give a minimum 30 days notice. Otherwise, days proportional to use will be charged.
